Agreement to these terms
These terms of use apply to pepecoin.finance and all its language versions (the “site”). The site is run by an independent editorial project about Pepe (PEPE), referred to here as “we” or “us”. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it. These terms were last updated on 13 October 2026.
These terms work together with our disclaimer and privacy policy. Where they overlap, read them as one set of rules.
Information only, no advice
The site provides general information and educational content about the PEPE meme token, the exchanges that list it and the rules that apply in various countries. It is not the official PEPE website and is not affiliated with the anonymous PEPE team, Matt Furie, CEX.IO or any exchange.
Nothing on the site is financial, investment, tax, legal or any other professional advice, and nothing is an offer or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. Scenarios, calculators and comparisons are tools for understanding, not forecasts or personal guidance. Decisions you make are your own, and you are responsible for checking whether buying crypto is legal and suitable for you where you live. When in doubt, speak to a qualified, licensed professional.
No warranty on data accuracy
We work hard to keep the site accurate. Facts are sourced and dated, and our editorial policy explains how. But crypto moves fast. Fees change, exchanges leave countries, rules are rewritten and websites go down.
The site and everything on it are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranty, express or implied, that the content is accurate, complete, current or fit for any particular purpose, or that the site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. Live prices, charts and conversion rates come from third-party public APIs, such as CoinGecko and the Binance public data API, which we don’t control. They may be delayed, wrong or unavailable, and the prices you actually pay on an exchange will differ. When a source fails, we hide the number rather than estimate it, but we can’t guarantee the numbers that do appear.
Before you act on anything, check it at the original source, especially contract addresses, fees and a platform’s availability in your country. The genuine PEPE contract can always be verified on Etherscan.
External links
The site links to third-party websites, including exchanges, wallets, regulators, block explorers and news outlets. Our buttons link to CEX.IO, which is our editorial choice and not a partnership. We don’t control any third-party site, and we aren’t responsible for its content, products, services, security or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement. When you use a third-party service, its own terms apply, and any agreement you enter into, for example opening an exchange account, is between you and that provider.
Availability differs by country. CEX.IO, for instance, does not serve India or Canada, is closed to new sign-ups in the EU and EEA, and says PEPE is not available to US-based users. Check our country guides and exchange comparison for local options.
Intellectual property
The text, tables, layout, graphics and code of the site are owned by us or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and related laws. You may read, share links to and quote short extracts from our pages for personal, non-commercial use or for commentary and reporting, as long as you credit pepecoin.finance and link to the original page. You may not copy, republish or sell substantial parts of the site, or present our content as your own, without our written permission.
Pepe the Frog is the creation of Matt Furie. Names, logos and trademarks of exchanges, tokens and other companies belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify them. Their appearance on the site does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the site lawfully and fairly. In particular, you agree not to:
- attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its hosting;
- scrape or copy the site at scale, or run automated tools that put an unreasonable load on it;
- use our name, content or design to impersonate us, for example on fake support accounts, phishing pages or token promotions;
- use the site to spread malware or to deceive or defraud other people.
If you see someone impersonating pepecoin.finance, please tell us. We will never ask for your seed phrase or private keys.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or any third-party site or service it links to. That includes trading losses, lost profits, lost data, losses from scams, hacks or fake tokens, and indirect or consequential losses, whether in contract, tort or otherwise.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you, such as liability for fraud or, where relevant, mandatory consumer protection rights.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example when we add new features or when the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. We may also change, pause or remove any part of the site at any time.
